I began my career working with two Fortune 100 companies in sales and marketing. In early 2003 I moved to Jackson and made the leap into the real estate industry. I may not be a Jackson native but I vacationed here for years before I met my husband who is 4 generations born in Jackson. Just a few years later, I found myself opening Wyoming Title and Escrow with my business partner Liz Jorgenson.
Providing the best possible service and keeping clients “in the know” are two of my personal goals and strengths as a vice president and manager. In 2004 I was the Closing Coordinator for 3 Creek Ranch, a luxury golf and home development in Jackson Hole, and later moved into real estate sales. That background and experience led me to partner with Mother Lode Holding Company and Christina Feuz to found Wyoming Title & Escrow two years later.
I have been in the real estate industry since 2001 as a loan processor, assistant to loan officers and am now proudly serving the real estate community as an escrow officer with WTE . Regardless of whether it is a purchase, refinance, commercial or residential transaction, I am able to prepare the escrow. My number one goal is to provide my clients with a completely smooth and stress-free transaction.
Searching public records has been my main trade, and business passion, for decades. I learned the ins and outs of Teton County land records while managing the Title Department of First American Title for over 20 years. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biology from Boston College and a JD from the Massachusetts School of Law, with a concentration in real property law. I’m thrilled to be able to bring my experience to WTE, the community leader in our industry. The culture at WTE, which first attracted me, is one of putting clients first and providing the highest professional, accurate a
Martha Gray McKinney is the personification of southern charm. If the double first name doesn’t tip you off, then the politeness, kindness, and helpfulness she exudes upon your first meeting hint at the southern hospitality that will define your closing experience with “MG.”
Growing up on her family’s five-star guest ranch located within Grand Teton National Park, Nicole is as local as you can get. Rubbing elbows with visiting CEOs and Fortune 500 company owners from an early age, customer service comes as easily to Nicole as turning and burning on her barrel horse.
You know the saying, “everyone knows your name” from the old sitcom, Cheers? Well that paints a perfect picture of being the only male escrow officer in Teton County. Everyone in the industry knows Jeremy. Originally from New Hampshire, just a stone’s throw away from Norm’s old TV series stage, Jeremy brings a wealth of knowledge to the team at WTE. He spent nearly 21 years leading the escrow operations of the local First American branch and has settled in with the crew at WTE just as if he’s been here for a decade.
Karissa was blessed to be born in Jackson, where she learned the values of hospitality, kindness, hard work and being neighborly. After spending several years back and forth between Las Vegas, (for high school and college) and Jackson, Karissa made the move back to Jackson permanently in 2016. A recent transition from the banking industry has led her to WTE where she is excited to be part of the foundation of growing our community. She's worked in customer service since she was 14 and people have become her profession.

I have been in the real estate industry for nearly 20 years. In my early career, I spent several years in the title and escrow industry and then meandered into loan processing and loan originating and even assisted a few Realtors back in the day! I must say, it feels so good to be back in escrow work and being part of the amazing WTE team has been a highlight for me. I have strong skills in all things loan related, so if you are preparing for a refinance, or a purchase with a loan, I will confidently assist you right on through a successful escrow process. I'll look forward to it!
I first came to Jackson in 2007 on a ski trip and fell in love with the area. Just a few months later, I moved to Jackson after earning my B.S.
Having grown up riding horses in Wilson, WY and performing in a myriad of local JH theatre productions, I attended The University of the South in Sewanee, TN to experience new cultures and landscapes, while simultaneously obtaining a BFA in Theatre Arts / Scenic Art and a Concentration in Women's Studies.
